Der erste Whisky Sour meines Lebens! Ich bin nicht so der Fan von Whisky, aber dieser eine war geil.
Zum Glück hat der Barkeeper mich an diesem Abend überzeugt, mal einen zu probieren, sogar einen mit Eiweiß…als ich das hörte, dachte ich mir eher…“Taxi bitte!“ aber er war gut, das Eiweiß bildete einen cremigen Schaum auf meinem, mit Limettenscheibe und Zitronenschale, hübsch dekorierten Glas.
Ich bekam nur noch so halb, über den Tresen linsend, mit, dass das glibberige Etwas durch ein kleines Teesieb heraus gekitzelt wurde. Am liebsten hätte ich ihm da genauer über die Schulter geschaut, aber die modernen Alchimisten lässt man lieber ihre Tricks und Fertigkeiten alleine ausüben.
Fazit: sah toll aus, hat geschmeckt, war süffig und mal was Besonderes! Immer wieder gerne.
English version
The first whiskey sour of my life! I’m not a big fan of whiskey but that one kicked my ass.
I’m glad the barkeeper persuaded me to try it, one with egg whites. When I heard that I just wanted to get the next taxi, but that drink was actually delicious. The egg whites were beaten until they’re stiff and were of a creamy foam-consistency, put on the glass and decorated with the zest of lime and lemons.
I only got to catch a segment of the barkeeper’s work and saw how he tickled something yellow through a tea swift. I wished I could have seen more but it’s better to let the master do what he had to do by himself.
In conclusion, this place looks good, has great taste and it’s got something special to it. I’d love to go there for a couple more times.
